I think it's easier to believe your Tulpa is real and remove doubt if they're the ones that tell you they're real, or that they're here. (edited)

If you ask a tulpa about them, might not tell you what they know about themselves. They might just make up what they say and stick to it from now.

you can not agree with them on small things, but they wouldn't tell you they exist if they didn't - that's not... how it works. it's a good confirmation.

I say that because I don't believe tulpa just spawns with some set up knowledge about themselves. I think they rather create themselves gradually.

of course they create themselves gradually. That doesn't mean they just randomly make things up about themselves.

Do you think they are set up when you think about them first time? Or when? I think they are not set up at all. We create them all the time, if we notice an inconsistent gap in them, we make things up to fill it.

she's trying to say that tulpas are just us talking to ourselves. I'm sure she'll deny it, but that's the only implication from what she said.
